氣動快裝蝶閥

一、工作原理：  衛(wèi)生級快裝蝶閥是用圓形蝶板作啟閉件并隨閥桿轉動來開啟、關閉和調節(jié)流體通道的一種閥門。蝶閥的蝶板安裝于管道的直徑方向。在蝶閥閥體圓柱形通道內，圓盤形蝶板繞著軸線旋轉，旋轉角度為0°~90°之間，旋轉到90°時，閥門則牌全開狀態(tài)。

二、產品特點：不僅結構簡單、體積小、重量輕、材料耗用省，安裝尺寸小、而且驅動力矩小，操作簡便、迅速，并且還可同時具有良好的流量調節(jié)功能和關閉密封特性。裝蝶閥在*開啟時，具有較小的流阻，當開啟在大約15°至70°之間時，又能進行靈敏的流量控制，因而在大口徑的調節(jié)領域，蝶閥的應用非常普遍;蝶閥閥板的運動帶有擦拭性，因而該焊接蝶閥可用于帶懸浮固定顆粒的介質，依據密封件的強度也可用于粉狀和顆粒狀介質。

三、密封：  裝蝶閥屬中線軟密封蝶閥，其密封原理為，閥板加工時保證其密封面具有合適的表面粗造度值，合成橡膠閥座在模壓成型時形成密封面合適的表面粗糙值。閥門關閉時，通過閥板的轉動，閥板的外圓密封面擠壓合成橡膠閥座，使合成橡膠閥座產生彈性變形彈性力作為密封比壓保證閥門的密封。

四、優(yōu)點

1 、蝶閥橡膠密封圈與閥板均采用進口件，保證了蝶閥的使用性能和使用壽命。

2 、采用高精度數控車床精車閥體，保證了蝶閥可靠的互換性，免去了因更換橡膠而不能保證其使用性能的麻煩。

11 、抽樣進行不低于 30000 次的疲勞壽命試驗，保證了其使用壽命。

五、選用原則：  適用于要求達到*密封、氣體試驗泄漏為零、壽命要求較高、工作溫度在此10℃至150℃的淡水、污水、海水、鹽水、蒸氣、天然氣、食品、藥品、油品和各種酸堿及其他衛(wèi)生級潔凈管路上。

3. Sealing: The butterfly valve is a midline soft-sealing butterfly valve. The sealing principle is to ensure that the sealing surface has a suitable surface roughness value when the valve plate is processed, and the synthetic rubber valve seat forms a suitable surface roughness value of the sealing surface during molding. . When the valve is closed, through the rotation of the valve plate, the outer sealing surface of the valve plate squeezes the synthetic rubber valve seat, so that the synthetic rubber valve seat produces elastic deformation elastic force as the sealing pressure to ensure the sealing of the valve.
